Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, INKSPIRE will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point we will ship correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@inkspireeverything.in.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. Placing Orders

All orders are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand vendors who manufacture and ship products directly to you.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is valid, as it will be our primary method of communication for updates, returns, and refunds.

Your agreement with INKSPIRE begins once the confirmation email is sent.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by submitting a cancellation request with your order number.

After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Address & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, you must submit updated details within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once production begins, address changes are not guaranteed. INKSPIRE is not responsible for undeliverable items due to incorrect address information.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As our products are custom-printed, returns and exchanges are limited.

We accept returns or issue refunds only if:

• The product is damaged
• The product is incorrect (wrong size, design, or color)
• The error was caused by us or our vendors

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size/color selected by the customer
• Change of mind after production begins
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

To request a return or refund, submit a request with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll either:

• Replace the item at no extra cost
• Process a refund to your original payment method

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

All personal information shared during checkout is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared.

Our site uses secure encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your data.

7. Changes & Amendments

INKSPIRE reserves the right to update pricing, products, promotions, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, product images, and content on inkspireeverything.in are the property of INKSPIRE.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Legal Information

Any misuse of our website or fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

By shopping with INKSPIRE, you agree to resolve disputes first through written communication.

If necessary, arbitration will be conducted individually—class actions are waived.
